1. Shipping Information


We provide international shipping to most countries and regions around the world. Free shipping is NOT available. All shipping fees are charged according to the official rates of international logistics providers (including DHL, TNT, etc.). Due to our high-volume and low-margin business model, shipping costs are based on actual charges.

2. Order Processing Time


Orders will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping time may be slightly delayed during holidays or peak periods.

4. Shipping Fee Calculation


Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight and dimensions, in accordance with the standards of our cooperative logistics providers. The amount shown on the order shall prevail.

5. Customs and Duties


Packages may be subject to import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. All such fees shall be borne by the buyer.

6. Logistics Tracking


A tracking number will be provided via message or email after shipment. You can track the full logistics progress on our order page or the official website of the corresponding logistics provider.

7. Return & Exchange Shipping Fees


For returns or exchanges not caused by product quality issues, both outward and return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer.
